Dennis C. Reardon is the founder of Reardon & Associates, LLC, a law firm in Wayne, Pennsylvania. He specializes in tax matters related to estate, business and compensation planning. The firm’s clients generally are family-owned businesses, professionals, executives, and fiduciaries or beneficiaries of trusts and estates. Susan W. O’Donnell, LL.M. (Taxation)

Ms. O’Donnell’s practice focuses primarily on estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, and complex trust and tax issues, including the implementation of sophisticated estate plans involving Wills, trusts, marital property agreements, and buy-sell agreements. She has also prepared numerous gift, federal estate, charitable and income tax returns. Her considerable legal experience in private practice, as well as with several corporate trustees, gives her a unique perspective on planning for wealthy business owners and on addressing issues in complicated trust administration and fiduciary matters.
