Since 1988, Reardon & Associates, LLC has specialized in providing legal advice and representation to individuals for estate planning, and to businesses for buy-sell agreements, succession planning, and transactions to purchase, sell or merge their businesses. The firm also provides services for estate and trust administration and an array of tax-related services for businesses, including entity selection, ownership transfers to create new shareholders, and various compensation and benefit planning issues. We strive for excellence in knowledge of our specialized areas of the law, professional skills and client service.
